Making a Purchase: It's Easy! Just browse our web site and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Credit Cards numbers are encrypted through PayPal

We encourage online ordering, but you can call our Toll Free Order Desk Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM Eastern Time, 1-800-664-0534.

Standard ground shipping will be USPS. This applies to USA domestic and International shipping. Orgnizations, agencies and institutions from outside the USA may place orders and pay by wire transfer, but must do so by phone. International shipping typically costs much more. Any costs to clear customs are also not included and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery: Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days from the day you place your order, unless the item is out of stock. Please allow time for transit. Ground delivery is generally 2-7 business days from the DATE OF SHIPMENT.

Back Orders While we try to stock most of what we sell, occasionally there will be an item out of stock or on back order. If your item is back ordered, we will notify you by email or phone provided an e-mail or phone number is included with the order.

Tax Charges Customers outside Indiana or Federal Agencies are not charged Sales Tax. Indiana residents are charged the Indiana State Sales Tax rate. This is added automatically to your bill.

Credit Card Security is processed through a secure gateway. We do not store credit card account numbers on our website. Everything is securely transferred through PayPal.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you're not happy, we're not happy. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. Call us for an RMA. If the product is returned unused in the original packaging, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be issued after we receive the merchandise and verify it's suitability for sale as new.

Remittance Terms Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and Impact Cards are accepted from domestic and military customers. Purchase Orders are accepted from Domestic Government Agencies and approved open term Companies, & receive 2% 10, 1% 20 Net 30 terms. Wire transfers are accepted from customers outside the USA prior to shipment.
