Refund Policy

You have 30 days money back gaurentee on ALL purchases that do not include connectors, custom lengths or configurations.

Your refund will be issued after we receive the merchandise and we have verified it's condition. Refunds will be issued as a credit to the same credit card the original purchase was made on. Institutional customers paying by check can receive a credit to their account or a refund by check.

ORDERS OVER $200 or Purchases with quantity of 10 or more of 1 item:

For security reasons we will reject any package without an RMA # and a proper return address. Please call toll free 1-800-664-0534, 1-574-293-0534 local or goto our Contact Us section to the left for a Return Material Authorization number. Our receiving department cannot receive items without a RMA number.
