We ship to the United States and all countries who are not restricted by U.S. embargo lists.

Acousticom ships all orders online VIA United States Postal Service.

If for whatever reason you are not quoted enough for shipping and handling costs, your "Priority" status might drop to first class to make up cost and difference. You will be notified of this change, and will have an opportunity to correct the issue per chance it were to happen.

Buyer pays for all shipping and handling cost incurred from using this online system and shipping materials.

Items will be Processed and Shipped within 2-5 business days of your order's purchase date. Shipping times may vary based on method shipped and location. All international orders take several weeks to route to location under First Class/Parcel International Mail.

We do not guarantee shipping transit times. Postal delays may occur.

We do not offer tracking of the order once shipped. On occasion for priority mail items a tracking number will be provided. This is not guaranteed every time. If you wish to track your order please contact us prior to your purchase or add shipping account/ tracking request to the ORDER COMMENT.
