Acousticom ships via UPS or USPS via our online store depending on the customers shipping selection.

***ALL FIRST-CLASS INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES***
First-class international shipments are no longer trackable through USPS. Transit times vary and can take up to 1-2 months for delivery. We will NOT be able to TRACK or CONFIRM through USPS your package. If this is an issue, please choose our PRIORITY or EXPRESS shipping services. We offer no gaurentee on shipping times and require 60 days from the expected delivery date before any refunds or replacements are issued.

Items will be Processed and Shipped within 1-10 business days of your order's purchase date. Shipping times may vary based on method shipped and location. All international orders take several weeks to route to location under First Class/Parcel International Mail.

We do not guarantee shipping transit times. Postal delays may occur.

We will provide you with either a tracking number or customs number (International Shipping) to follow up on your package. We only provide full tracking for international orders through our EXPRESS and PRIORITY mailing service.

Import Taxes/Fees
