Returns Policy

This agreement is in effect as of Oct 5, 2013. Last modification was on Oct 5, 2013.

You must request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect or the item is covered under warranty. Proof of purchase required.

Exchanges

We will exchange your product as long as the product requested is in-stock/available. Returned items must pass our return inspection first before new parts will be issued,

Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned. Custom cables (length, specs, wiring) cannot be returned. Bulk or dealer purchases of microphones, earphones and connectors cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect (Quantity of 10+ or $500 in value qualifies as BULK).

Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your refund will be issued after the item(s) have been returned and the condition is verified. Refund will be issued to the source of payment (credit card or PayPal).

RESTOCKING FEE // DEALER/BULK PURCHASE RETURNS

A restocking fee of 20% will be withheld from any refund for ALL dealer account purchases. Any customer that returns 6 or more units of the same item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
