Stock Policy

We attempt to keep our stock information as up to date as possible. We do not gaurentee any stock statuses on this website. In the event that an item is purchased that is out of stock, you will be notified via e-mail.

You will have the option to cancel your order or wait the projected timeframe.

Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries in the world that are not restricted by the US. Embargo List.

Products will be shipped within 1-5 business days after purchase date. If an item is out of stock, your item(s) may take longer than 3 days to dispatch. You will be provided tracking information if available.

If an item is mistakenly marked in stock, you will be notified via e-mail with the option to cancel your order.

We can ship your item via USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL. We can ship via shipping accounts, which can be provided at checkout. Please contact Acousticom Corporation prior to making a purchase to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Domestic Tracking (USA)

All items shipped within the United States will have a tracking number assigned. Once the order has been shipped, this tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also log into our website and view your order status to obtain the tracking information.

International Tracking (Non-USA)

Items shipped via UPS, Fedex and DHL will have a tracking number assigned. Once the order has been shipped, this tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also log into our website and view your order status to obtain the tracking information.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE TRACKING (USPS)

Orders shipped via PRIOIRTY and EXPRESS services will have a tracking number assigned. Once the order has been shipped, this tracking information will be provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also log into our website and view your order status to obtain the tracking information.

Orders shipped via FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL POST will have a LIMITED tracking number assigned. Once the order has been shipped, you will be provided a CUSTOMS NUMBER in the shipping confirmation e-mail. You can also log into our website and view your order status to obtain the CUSTOMS information.

Free Shipping Terms

We provide free shipping for purchases over $50 in product value to UNITED STATES residents only. Items will be shipped via USPS 1st class/standard post. You will be provided tracking information after the item has been dispatched.

USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE DISCLAIMER:

USPS First Class International shipping services can not be tracked 100% through USPS. Delivery times can drastically vary from 2 weeks to 3 months. WE WILL HAVE LIMITED ABILITY TO TRACK OUR PACKAGE.  WE DO NOT GAURANTEE SHIPPING TIMES VIA USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL POST. WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY ITEMS THAT ARE CLAIMED TO BE LOST. ACOUSTICOM CORPORATION WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONFIRM OR DENY A LOST SHIPMENT. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE SHIPMENT HAS BEEN RETURNED TO ACOUSTICOM CORPORATION'S FACILITY IN ELKHART, IN.

We DO NOT guarantee shipping transit times. Postal delays may occur.

Shipping delays may occur due to reasons out of Acousticom Corporation's control. Weather, shipping lines and other various factors can delay your shipment unexpectedly. In the event that your item missed a guaranteed delivery date, you will be required to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Tariff/Import Tax

Taxes may be required to be paid before an order can be successfully delivered by law. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. It is your responsibility to contact your local post/customs office to confirm and pay for any accessed taxes.
